Delete your Rentzu account

You can delete your Rentzu account and its data at any time, either in the app or by email.

Option 1: In the app (immediate)

1. Open Rentzu and sign in.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Tap Delete account, enter your password, and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.

Option 2: By email

If you can't use the app, email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my Rentzu account". We confirm the request and delete the account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account: email address, name, and password.
• Every workspace where you are the only member, including its properties, units, tenants, income and expense records, recurring rent, depreciation entries, and generated reports.
• Any pending verification or password-reset codes.

What is kept

• Workspaces shared with other members stay available to those members; you are removed from them.
• Subscription and payment records held by Google Play or Stripe follow their own retention rules. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it in Google Play first.
